Elissar & Other Stories wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may send it back within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided it reaches us in its original state, undamaged. Please note that items returned after 45 days are subjected to a 15% re-stocking fee.

If items are damaged during the return process we will no longer be able to offer a refund.

Refunding

We will begin processing your return promptly upon receipt of your package and will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been entered.
Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to reach us and be processed.

If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount.

We do not refund shipping charges.

As a safeguard against potential abuse, Elissar & Other Stories reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
